March 19, 2017: Rev. Eric J. Hall, president and CEO of HealthCare Chaplaincy Network/Spiritual Care Association, has received the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy's 2017 Helen Flanders Dunbar Award for Significant Contributions to the Clinical Pastoral Field.

In presenting the award at the CPSP 27th Plenary, Robert C. Powell,. M.D., Ph.D., ex-officio member of the Governing Council, said of Hall's work: "A new outsider now has tried to discern the essence--the commonality--of what the various clinical pastoral organizations have been trying to accomplish. This new outsider has tried to see and hear 'between the lines.'"
